Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Real Estate Agent with specialized experience in the Abu Dhabi property market. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the nuances of local developments, community dynamics, and buyer behavior in the capital. As an Abu Dhabi Specialist, you will guide clients through property transactions with insight, professionalism, and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in property transactions across Abu Dhabi
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice tailored to client needs
Stay informed on local market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners
Negotiate and close deals with integrity and efficiency
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools
Qualifications
Proven experience in Abu Dhabi's real estate market
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are a plus
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
