Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a bilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in Persian and English to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who understand the cultural and business nuances of Persian-speaking clients and can guide them confidently through the UAE property market. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building relationships, and delivering a personalized and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Persian-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings, market assessments, and client consultations Translate and explain property details, contracts, and legal terms clearly and accurately Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers from the Persian-speaking community Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations in the UAE Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transactions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Qualifications and Skills

Fluency in Persian and English (spoken and written) Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and UAE real estate laws Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and a client-focused approach Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
