Role Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a bilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in Korean and English to support our growing base of Korean-speaking clients. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who understands the cultural nuances of Korean investors and can deliver personalized service in one of the UAE's most vibrant property markets. You'll be responsible for guiding clients through property transactions, from initial inquiry to closing, while representing one of the region's top-performing real estate firms.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Korean-speaking clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties Conduct property tours, consultations, and negotiations in Korean and English Provide market insights, investment guidance, and legal information tailored to Korean investors Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and landlords Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate trends, regulations, and investment zones Use CRM platforms to manage leads, follow-ups, and client communications Collaborate with marketing to promote listings to Korean-speaking audiences
Qualifications & Skills

Fluency in Korean and English (spoken and written) 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales or client-facing roles Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of UAE real estate laws and investment procedures Professional demeanor with a client-first approach Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
