Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate

Property Consultant (Italian Speaker)

to join our Dubai team. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, with a focus on serving our Italian-speaking clientele and international investors.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries and provide expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai and across the GCC. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and area developments. Build and nurture strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. Collaborate with the marketing and listing teams to promote properties effectively. Guide clients through legal documentation, RERA processes, and property handovers.

Requirements:

Proven experience in Dubai's real estate market (1-3 years preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality. Knowledge of off-plan, ready, and secondary market properties. RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it). UAE driving license and own car preferred.

Language Requirement:

Fluency in Italian is mandatory.

Good command of English

is required for internal communication and client interaction. Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage.
