About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and multilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in Italian to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently engage with Italian-speaking clients, provide expert property guidance, and close deals in a fast-paced, international market.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Italian-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings, virtual tours, and client consultations Translate and explain contracts, legal terms, and market insights in Italian Build and maintain relationships with international investors and expatriate clients Stay informed on market trends, new developments, and regulatory updates Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and reporting tools
Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with Abu Dhabi's property market and legal framework UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred Professional appearance and client-focused attitude RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
