Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking multilingual Real Estate Agents with fluency in one or more European languages to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about property sales and capable of serving a diverse international clientele, particularly European investors and buyers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice tailored to European-speaking clients
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns
Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals
Maintain organized records using CRM systems and reporting tools
Requirements
Fluency in English and at least one European language (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, etc.)
Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service (UAE market experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach
Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
