Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a proactive and client-focused Real Estate Agent fluent in Italian to join its dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with Italian-speaking clients and investors.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi
Build and manage a portfolio of Italian-speaking clients and international investors
Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process
Conduct property viewings and coordinate negotiations
Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and local regulations
Manage listings and client communication using CRM systems
Collaborate with the marketing, legal, and mortgage teams to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written)
Experience in real estate or a sales-driven role preferred
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented
Valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market is a plus
