Role Overview
As a
Real Estate Agent (European Speaker)
, you will support and expand our growing European client network. You will guide buyers and investors through property purchases, sales, and investment opportunities while providing culturally aligned communication and exceptional service. Your language skills and market knowledge will play a key role in building trust and closing successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist European clients with property inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and transactions.
Provide expert advice on property options, pricing, payment plans, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, sellers, and investors.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach to European markets.
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market, new launches, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate client records and manage a structured sales pipeline.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient client service.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Fluency in
a European language
(such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, or others) is required; English is essential.
Experience in real estate sales or strong interest in the industry.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Professional, proactive, and client?focused approach.
Self?motivated, target?driven, and able to work independently.
UAE driving license preferred.
