Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a multilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in one or more major European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian) to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who can effectively engage with European clients, provide expert guidance on property transactions, and represent our brand in international markets. The successful candidate will specialize in assisting expatriates, investors, and international buyers with residential and investment properties in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and sell residential and investment properties to European clients and expatriates
Provide expert advice on market trends, legal procedures, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations in both English and a European language
Build and manage a portfolio of listings tailored to international buyers
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to develop multilingual campaigns and lead generation strategies
Maintain strong relationships with overseas agencies, relocation firms, and developer partners
Attend international property exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events
Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sale support to global clients
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with international or expatriate clientele
Fluency in English and at least one major European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, etc.)
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and legal framework
Proven track record of successful property transactions and client satisfaction
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor and cultural sensitivity
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
RERA or DMT certification preferred
