Role Summary

We are seeking a multilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, building relationships with European clients and investors, and supporting the company's expansion into international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice tailored to European clients Build and maintain a strong network of international buyers, investors, and property owners Negotiate offers and manage the transaction process from inquiry to closing Stay informed about market trends, legal regulations, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to support listing promotion and documentation Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and sales activities
Qualifications

Fluency in English and at least one European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, etc.) Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms RERA or equivalent certification is a plus
