Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in property transactions across Abu Dhabi's residential and commercial sectors
Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance throughout the sales process
Offer market insights, property valuations, and investment advice
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
Stay informed on UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluency in a European language
(e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) and English
Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the UAE
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market and legal framework
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
