Key Responsibilities:
Client Representation:
Assist European-speaking buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions.
Property Listings:
Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties.
Market Research:
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Negotiation & Closing:
Guide clients through the buying/selling process and negotiate favorable terms.
Networking:
Build strong relationships with developers, landlords, and other industry professionals.
Legal & Compliance:
Ensure transactions comply with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
Marketing & Promotion:
Utilize digital platforms and traditional marketing strategies to attract clients.
Requirements:
Fluency in a European language
(e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) in addition to English.
Proven experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
