Key Responsibilities:

Assist European-speaking clients with property transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing luxury and investment properties. Build rapport with international clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed in their preferred language. Provide expert advice on market trends, property valuations, and lucrative investment opportunities, including Golden Visa eligibility. Conduct property tours and detailed presentations tailored to European-speaking audiences. Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's real estate market trends and developments to offer accurate and timely insights. Prepare and manage documentation such as contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with UAE real estate laws. Collaborate with developers and brokers to market exclusive properties and negotiate deals on behalf of clients. Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach European-speaking audiences effectively.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Proven experience in real estate, preferably within the Abu Dhabi market. Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian); English proficiency is mandatory. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills. Comprehensive understanding of UAE property laws and regulations. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. UAE driving license and access to reliable transportation.
