Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate property transactions for European-speaking clients, ensuring their preferences and needs are fully understood and met. Provide expert guidance on real estate opportunities, including luxury properties and investment options in Abu Dhabi. Assist clients with obtaining UAE Golden Visas through property purchases. Utilize fluency in European languages to communicate effectively and build rapport with international clients. Stay informed about market trends and provide clients with updated knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate landscape. Prepare and manage contracts, agreements, and transaction documents with accuracy and compliance. Promote listings and services through advanced marketing strategies tailored for European-speaking audiences. Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications:

Valid UAE real estate license. Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian); English proficiency is required. Experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred, with a strong understanding of metropolitan neighborhoods and developments. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of UAE property laws and processes. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus. UAE driving license and access to transportation.
