About the Role

We are looking for
sales-driven professionals
who know how to communicate, close deals, and build strong relationships withreal estate agents and agencies
across the UAE.Your main goal:
Call, connect, and convert.
You will research and contact active real estate agents and invite them to collaborate with our real estate development company.
This is
not a cold desk job
- it's apure B2B sales opportunity
withunlimited commission potential.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify top
real estate agents and agencies
in the UAE Contact agents via phone, WhatsApp, and email to present partnership opportunities Build and maintain long-term relationships with agents and broker offices Use CRM and online tools to organize and track outreach and conversions Work closely with management to improve sales performanceRequirements
Experience in Real Estate or Call Center Sales is mandatory
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident in outbound calling and closing deals
Motivated by
commissions, not just a fixed salary
English required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus
Chatgpt skills required
