Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents fluent in Arabic and European languages to join our rapidly expanding team in Abu Dhabi. As a Real Estate Agent at PSI, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties in one of the most exciting and fast-growing real estate markets in the region.

Key Responsibilities Property Sales & Leasing:

Manage the entire sales and leasing process, from prospecting to closing deals.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.

Market Knowledge:

Stay up to date on market trends, property values, and local developments to provide expert advice to clients.

Property Listings:

Create attractive property listings and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants.

Negotiation:

Negotiate deals effectively to achieve the best possible outcome for clients and the company.

Lead Generation:

Actively prospect for new clients and business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and digital marketing.

Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and property listings in our CRM system.

Qualifications Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, or a strong desire to start a career in real estate. Fluency in Arabic and at least one European language (French, German, Italian, etc.) is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with real estate laws, market trends, and property listings is a plus, but not mandatory. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
