This role will serve as the central point for managing real estate contracts, lease renewals, payments, and client cases, while supporting tenders, compliance, and reporting. You will act as the bridge between clients, landlords, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
Contract & Lease Management - Oversee 40-50 active lease/contract files, handle renewals, and ensure accurate documentation.
Client & Tenant Coordination - Act as the first contact for tenant/landlord issues, coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Payments & Accounts - Track rent payments, update accounts, and escalate overdue balances.
Document Control - Review contracts before management approval; maintain digital/physical filing systems.
Tender & Compliance - Monitor portals, prepare submissions, and support management with property-related bids.
Reporting - Prepare regular MIS reports on leases, payments, complaints, and contract status.
Admin Support - Assist Sales, Operations, and Finance with data entry, filing, and documentation.
