Quantity Surveyor/estimator Civil & Fit Out
Job Description
:
Experience in material take off by detailed study of construction drawings
Prepare bill of quantities including contract and tender documents
Develop cost control strategies and track project expenses
Identify right suppliers and subcontractors
Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are kept within agreed limits
Coordinate with procurement to procure the right materials as per the submitted quote.
Be familiar with the market price of all materials.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in computer software and relevant project management tools.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
4-6 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil construction projects or Fit out
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE/Gulf region.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
