Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for fit-out projects.
Measure quantities and evaluate project costs using standard methods (e.g., SMM7, NRM).
Manage procurement process including supplier/subcontractor selection, tendering, and negotiation.
Conduct cost/value reconciliation and ensure profitability of the project.
Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
Assess subcontractor valuations and manage payment processes.
Provide commercial support and guidance to project teams.
Identify risks and value engineering opportunities to improve margins.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on all commercial matters.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fit-out construction costs, regulations, and industry practices.
