to join our infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining the required standards and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
Evaluate contractor/subcontractor quotations and negotiate prices.
Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations throughout all project phases.
Conduct site visits to track progress and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
Provide cost control advice and maintain accurate project documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 5 + years of experience in
infrastructure projects
(roads, utilities, bridges, etc.).
Strong knowledge of contracts (FIDIC or similar).
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and QS-related software.
