QUANTITY SURVEYOR

5 Years of UAE Experience as QS in Civil Infrastructure is Mandatory

Role Description:-

We are looking for Quantity Surveyors should have a minimum 5 years of experience in same field with a bachelor degree. This is a full time job on site role for a Quantity Surveyor (QS). QS will responsible for day to day Quantity surveying Tasks, including quantity take off, preparing measurement sheets, and cost estimation.

Qualifications:-

? Effective communication.

? Preparation and Submission of monthly progress payments .

? Review of project drawings and specification & Preparation of Bill of Quantities

? Proficiency in quantity takeoff/preparation of variations/extension of time/final accounts/FIDIC.

? Prepare material & Quantity take off for (Civil & Structural), as per material specifications and develop method of measurement suitable for the job requirement.

? Quantity take-off, re-measurement/site measurements as required

? Reviewing & revising re-measured contracts at the time of completing the project.

? Preparation of variation orders/change order for additional scope of works.

? Submit Final Payment with All as Built Drawings.

? Evaluates site works and materials on site and included in the contractor's payment requests.

? Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costing principles.

? Review and recommendation of Change Order, New Rates.

? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

? Preparation and submission of Claims.

? Prepare comparative statements for different suppliers & subcontractors.

? Prepare quantity variation as per tender & as per Site Condition
