A reputable construction company is looking for an experienced:
Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
Monitor project costs and prepare monthly cost reports.
Assist in contract administration and variation claims.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
4-6 years of experience
in QS roles (construction industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of cost control and estimation techniques.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
UAE experience and knowledge of local market rates preferred.
