We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented

Quantity Surveyor( QS) cum Estimator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands on experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation within the

Fitout & Joinery division

. The role involves analyzing drawings, preparing BOQs, evaluating subcontractor quotations, and ensuring accurate cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings and specifications. Develop accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out, joinery, and finishing works. Review project drawings and identify cost-related risks or discrepancies. Obtain, evaluate, and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations. Assist in tender preparation, pricing, and submission in coordination with management. Prepare cost breakdowns and value engineering proposals to meet project budgets. Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders during execution. Support project teams in preparing interim valuations and final accounts. Maintain cost records and assist in preparing monthly cost and progress reports. Ensure all estimations and quantity works comply with company standards and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. 3-5 years of experience as a QS or Estimator in interior fit-out (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and market rates. Proficient in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software (e.g., CostX, Planswift, or similar).

Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
