We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Quantity Surveyor (QS)

with a strong background in both

Civil and Interior Fit-Out works

. The ideal candidate should possess

8-10 years of UAE experience

, with proven expertise in

cost estimation, tendering, contract management, and project budgeting

for commercial, residential, and high-end fit-out projects.

Only candidates available for immediate joining will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs for civil and interior fit-out works. Evaluate tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate cost analysis. Conduct quantity take-offs and ensure proper material estimation and resource planning. Manage and control project budgets and monitor actual costs against the forecasted budget. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams for price negotiation and cost comparison. Prepare and submit interim payment applications, final accounts, and variation claims. Handle subcontractor billing, measurement, and verification of site progress. Analyze and manage project risks and provide cost control recommendations. Maintain detailed records of all project-related correspondence and financial documents. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and legal requirements. Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and the procurement team.

Requirements:

Minimum

8 to 10 years of UAE experience

in

Civil and Interior Fit-Out Quantity Surveying

. Strong knowledge of

local market rates, materials, and suppliers

. Proficient in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS-related software

(e.g., Candy, BuildSmart, etc.). Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. In-depth understanding of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in

Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
