Job Description

The Role

Guildhall is hiring a Quantity Surveyor (QS) for a prestigious infrastructure project located in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi, on behalf of a world-leading construction company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on infrastructure or civil projects in KEZAD or similar industrial zones and be ready to join immediately. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and tender documents. - Evaluate contractor/subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement processes. - Conduct site measurements and valuations to ensure accurate billing and cost control. - Manage contractual correspondence, variations, and claims. - Work closely with the project team, consultants, and contractors to ensure cost-effective delivery. - Provide regular cost reports and updates to the project management team.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure or civil construction projects. - Previous experience in KEZAD or similar industrial zones is highly preferred. - Strong knowledge of UAE construction cost norms. - ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) approved certificate is highly preferred. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
