Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor all post-contract activities related to civil works.
Prepare and review interim payment applications, variations, and final accounts.
Evaluate subcontractor claims and assist in contract administration.
Support project teams in cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, project specifications, and company standards.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal departments to resolve contractual issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years UAE of relevant experience
in post-contract roles within civil construction.
Strong understanding of FIDIC and other standard forms of contract.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and QS-related software.
