Custom Timber Industries LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Draftsman - Quantity Surveyor & Estimator
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural and civil works, with a strong ability to analyze drawings, prepare cost estimates, and support project planning for timber-related construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze architectural and civil drawings to determine total material quantities required
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on project specifications
Research and estimate costs for materials, transportation, labor, and equipment
Request and evaluate quotes from suppliers and contractors within deadlines
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors
Assess project risks and cost implications
Prepare and submit detailed quotations and cost breakdowns
Support bidding and procurement processes
Monitor and control project costs to stay within budget
Technical Skills - Must Have:
AutoCAD
Planswift
SketchUp
or equivalent 3D design software
Microsoft Office
, especially Excel
Only candidates available to join immediately will be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
