:

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

QS cum Cost Planner

to join our Planning Department. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and project cost planning, with a solid understanding of construction and consultancy environments. You will be a key player in ensuring that projects are accurately forecasted and financially controlled from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost plans and budgets for various project phases. Provide accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates. Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost plans. Support project planning with cost-related insights and feasibility assessments. Monitor project costs and budgets, identifying variances and cost-saving opportunities. Liaise with project managers, planners, and engineers to ensure cost alignment with project schedules. Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, and contract conditions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years

of relevant experience in cost planning and quantity surveying, preferably in a consulting environment. Strong knowledge of cost management practices and industry standards. Proficient in cost planning software/tools and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Must be

locally available

for in-person interviews. Must be

available to join immediately.
