Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Quantity Surveyor
with a proven track record in the construction industry within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to the final figures, ensuring value for money while meeting quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and cost control reports. Evaluate tenders and provide recommendations. Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and contracts. Monitor ongoing project costs and assess variations/claims. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients. Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant UAE experience in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of local construction laws and contractual procedures. Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Benefits:
