We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in the construction sector within the UAE. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling cost estimation, tendering, variations, and project budget control.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and progress claims
Monitor project budgets and control costs
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers
Prepare and submit interim and final payment applications
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Quantity Surveying
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and local market rates
Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
Immediate joiners preferred
