qualified Quantity Surveyor
to join our team.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.C.E)
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the UAE
Excellent knowledge of Dubai authorities' requirements and procedures Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office (Advanced Excel), and other relevant programsStrong experience in reviewing payment applications, monitoring cash flow, and updating cost reports
Skilled in evaluating variation orders and re-measuring quantitiesKey Responsibilities:
Review and process payment applications accurately Monitor project cash flow and regularly update cost reports Evaluate and manage variation orders Re-measure quantities and ensure precision in project documentation

Experience:
* QUANTITY SURVEYOR IN CONSTRUCTION SITE: 5 years (Preferred)
