AL YAFOUR GENERAL CONTRACTING, a leading construction company, is currently looking to hire a qualified
Quantity Surveyor and Draftsman (Civil Engineer)
to join its team. Candidates with proven experience in contracting companies in
Abu Dhabi
are highly preferred.
: -
Accurately estimate quantities for various construction projects.
Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and analyze project costs.
Review architectural and structural drawings and provide quantity take-offs.
Prepare and maintain project schedules using
Primavera P6
.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Apply knowledge of FIDIC contracts, value engineering, and construction methods.
Assist in preparing technical and financial proposals when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and drafting.
Prior experience working in contracting companies in Abu Dhabi
is an added advantage.
Proficient in the following software:
AutoCAD
Revit
SketchUp
PlanSwift
Primavera P6
Strong analytical and technical skills.
High level of commitment, organization, and ability to meet deadlines.
