Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Dubai Investment Park 2 - Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
? Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tenders for interior design and fit-out projects.
? Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
? Monitor project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
? Assess and process variations and claims.
? Collaborate closely with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure budget compliance.
? Prepare and submit valuations and final accounts.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
? Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction projects.
? Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, or similar).
? Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
? Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
