Job Description

We are looking for an established Estimator/ QS to join our growing team at the Palm Living Group. We need a motivated and experienced Estimator to assist in all pricing quotations for our manufacturing and fit out quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications Estimate material, labor, and subcontractor costs Review and compare quotations from suppliers/subcontractors Assist with pricing strategies and tender submissions Conduct site visits for measurement verification (if required) Support the project team with estimation-related queries Negotiate best prices with vendor's/suppliers and track deliveries Create pricing matrix for furniture and build in works Ensure Company margins are in line with targets set Work with sales team to create quotations

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out estimation Strong knowledge of joinery, MEP, civil, and finishing works Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Proficiency in mathematics, statistics and data analysis Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Report writing and strategic planning skills Familiarity with analyzing requirement data to develop material and cost estimates for large projects Expertise with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers Ability to read and interpret technical documents Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional time management skills
