Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Analyze and assess current healthcare processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with department heads to establish and maintain effective quality control measures. Lead initiatives to enhance patient safety, including the investigation of adverse events and implementation of preventative measures. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators related to quality and patient safety, providing regular reports to management. Conduct training sessions for staff on quality assurance, patient safety, and relevant regulatory requirements. Serve as a liaison between the organization and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in a quality management role within a healthcare setting. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) is a plus.
