Monitor and evaluate driver performance on a regular basis.
Conduct incident and accident analysis, preparing detailed reports.
Coordinate and support safety training sessions for drivers and staff.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reporting for management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in logistics or transportation quality control.
Solid knowledge of transport regulations and safety compliance.
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
Ability to identify issues, recommend improvements, and ensure corrective actions.
Russian language required (spoken & written).
English proficiency is an advantage.
