About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist
to ensure that all real estate projects, services, and processes meet company standards and regulatory requirements. The QA Specialist will work closely with the operations, sales, and property management teams to monitor quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits and inspections of real estate projects and services. Monitor compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company standards. Identify gaps and recommend improvements for processes and documentation. Support training programs to maintain quality awareness across teams. Prepare QA reports and present findings to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of QA or compliance experience, preferably in real estate. Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws and regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
