Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Manager for Electrical develops, implements, and oversees systems to ensure products or services meet established quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction standards, involving leading QC teams, conducting audits, analyzing quality data, resolving issues, training staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies through inspections, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strategy & Policy
: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, policies, and standards.Team Leadership
: Supervise, train, and motivate QC inspectors and staff, allocating resources as needed.Monitoring & Inspection
: Oversee product testing, inspection, and evaluation at various stages of production.Data Analysis
: Collect, analyze, and report on quality data, performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.Compliance
: Ensure adherence to internal standards, industry regulations, and certifications.Auditing
: Conduct and support internal and external quality audits.Problem Solving
: Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes of defects, and develop corrective actions (CAPAs).Collaboration
: Work with other departments (production, engineering, management) to resolve quality issues.Documentation
: Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation.Key Skills & Qualifications
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Electrical Engineering.Experience
: Proven experience in quality control management and processes.Knowledge
: In-depth understanding of quality standards (ISO, GMP, etc.) and regulations.Skills
: Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
Experience:
* QC Manager ( Electrical ): 5 years (Preferred)
