Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical QC Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality control programs to ensure electrical installations and components meet all project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. This role involves leading a team, conducting audits, performing inspections, and collaborating with project managers and engineers to resolve issues and ensure overall quality compliance. Key responsibilities

Develop and implement quality plans:

Create and enforce quality control procedures, test plans, and protocols for electrical systems and components.

Team leadership:

Manage and lead a team of quality control technicians, providing training and guidance.

Ensure compliance:

Monitor and enforce adherence to relevant industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.

Conduct inspections and audits:

Perform or oversee inspections, testing, and audits of materials, equipment, and processes.

Problem-solving:

Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve non-conformities.

Documentation and reporting:

Maintain inspection and testing records, prepare reports on quality findings, and manage quality documentation.

Collaboration:

Work closely with project managers, engineering, and construction teams to address quality concerns and ensure consistency.

Process improvement:

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical input on project plans and specifications.
Essential qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience:

Proven experience in quality control, preferably within electrical manufacturing or construction.

Technical knowledge:

Strong understanding of electrical systems, testing, commissioning, and relevant codes and standards.

Leadership skills:

Strong leadership, supervisory, and team management abilities.

Communication:

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Analytical skills:

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
