We are looking for an Electrical QC Manager job involves

developing and implementing quality control programs

for electrical projects,

ensuring compliance

with standards and regulations, and

managing a team

to conduct inspections and tests. Key responsibilities include

documenting results, troubleshooting issues, and reporting on quality performance

Develop and implement quality control programs

: Create and manage comprehensive QA/QC programs for electrical projects to ensure all work meets standards.

Supervise inspections and testing

: Oversee inspections and tests on electrical installations, components, and systems to verify quality and compliance.

Manage a team

: Lead and supervise a team of quality control technicians.

Ensure compliance

: Verify that all electrical work, testing, and documentation comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues

: Investigate and address any quality issues or non-conformities that arise during the project.

Documentation and reporting

: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality control findings, testing results, and corrective actions.

Collaboration

: Work with project managers, engineering, and field teams to address quality concerns and promote a culture of quality.
Required skills and qualifications

Education

: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

: Proven experience in quality control, specifically within electrical engineering or construction, is essential.

Technical knowledge

: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Leadership and communication

: Excellent leadership, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary to manage a team and collaborate with other departments.

Analytical and problem-solving skills

: Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and the capacity to effectively troubleshoot issues.

Computer proficiency

: Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office and quality management systems.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:
