Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
QA/QC Officer
with a strong background inHDPE pipe manufacturing
. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience overseeingquality assurance and quality control processes
, ensuring that all products meet international and local standards, including ISO and client specifications.Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain the
Quality Management System
(QMS) for HDPE production. Conduct inspections at various stages: raw material, in-process, and final product. Preparequality reports, test certificates, and compliance documentation
. Monitorpipe extrusion and welding quality
, dimensional accuracy, and visual appearance. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and sales teams to ensure quality targets are met. Conductinternal audits
and supportexternal audits
by clients or certifying bodies. Handle NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and root cause analysis. Maintain calibration records of quality instruments and test equipment.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial / Polymer Engineering. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in
QA/QC in HDPE pipe manufacturing
. Strong knowledge ofSDR, pressure ratings, raw material (PE100/PE80)
properties, and welding techniques. Familiarity withUL, FM, ISO, or WRAS certifications
is a plus. Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills. Ability to manage inspection tools and lab equipment.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
HDPE manufacturing (extrusion): 7 years (Preferred)
