We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven

Production Engineer

to oversee and manage our

HDPE pipe extrusion

operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of the production process, equipment handling, and team coordination in a high-output manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise daily production activities in the HDPE extrusion line Ensure product quality, output, and machine efficiency meet company standards Optimize material usage and reduce production wastage Supervise the production team and ensure safety and operational protocols are followed Coordinate with QA/QC and maintenance departments to resolve issues proactively Maintain daily production records and generate shift reports Work closely with procurement and inventory teams to ensure uninterrupted production Implement continuous improvement strategies for throughput, cost, and downtime

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Polymer / Industrial Engineering 7-10 years of hands-on experience in

HDPE pipe manufacturing (20mm-630mm)

In-depth understanding of pipe extrusion parameters, screw design, die calibration, and cooling systems Familiarity with international standards (ISO 4427, EN 12201, etc.) Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with production planning and ERP tools is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

HDPE Manufacturing: 7 years (Preferred)
