We are looking for an experienced
QA/QC Manager
with a strong background inconstruction quality management
, specifically inhigh-rise towers and villa projects
. The candidate will lead the QA/QC team, ensure compliance with project standards, and maintain the highest quality throughout the construction process.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee QA/QC policies and procedures across all projects. Lead quality inspections, audits, and monitoring activities for high-rise towers and villas. Review project plans, drawings, specifications, and materials to ensure compliance. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues. Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records according to company and client standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective/preventive actions. Train and mentor QA/QC team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a
QA/QC Manager
in contracting, withhigh-rise towers and villas
. Strong knowledge of construction standards, codes, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems preferredJob Type: Full-time
