We're seeking a seasoned

Senior Construction Manager

to drive high-rise tower and building projects from inception through delivery. You'll manage all facets of construction--overseeing subcontractors, budgets, schedules, quality, and safety. Only candidates with

8+ years

of experience in high-rise construction will be considered.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise team on high-rise tower projects (30+ stories). Plan, schedule, and coordinate on-site construction activities. Manage subcontractors and field staff to ensure efficiency. Control budgets, forecasts, and project cost tracking. Maintain rigorous quality control to meet design specs. Enforce safety protocols; ensure site compliance. Liaise with consultants, MEP engineers, and local authorities. Resolve field issues and lead project risk management. Report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum of

8 years

of hands-on experience managing high-rise construction projects. Proven track record delivering towers of 30+ stories. Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety. Familiarity with construction software (Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM, AutoCAD). Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

PMP or equivalent project management certification. Experience with international/mega high-rise developments. Familiarity with local/regional building codes and regulatory agencies.
