About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Civil Project Manager

to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise towers and villa projects in Dubai. This role combines

strategic project management

with

hands-on site leadership

, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Candidates holding a

Dubai Municipality Unlimited Floors Certification

will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead site operations and ensure all works follow approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Manage and motivate site teams, including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project management teams for inspections, approvals, and daily activities. Prepare and maintain detailed lookahead plans, progress reports, and site logs. Monitor productivity, manpower, and material usage to maintain effective control of project resources. Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations on site. Identify risks, delays, or obstacles and initiate corrective measures promptly. Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and work permits. Participate in technical and coordination meetings with stakeholders. Ensure strict quality control is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum

10 years of hands-on experience

in large-scale civil construction projects. Dubai Municipality

Unlimited Floors Certification

required. Proven experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and domestic labor. Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, local authority requirements, and material specifications.
