. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met throughout all phases of fit-out works, from material inspection to final handover.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures for interior fit-out works.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, materials, and specifications.
Review and approve material submittals and method statements.
Monitor work progress and identify any deviations from quality standards.
Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and test results.
Coordinate with project and site teams to address quality issues.
Ensure timely closure of non-conformance reports (NCRs) and snag lists.
Participate in internal audits and quality reviews.
Support handover documentation and final inspections.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of
QA/QC experience in the interior fit-out industry
.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and quality standards in interior works.
Familiar with ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and project documentation.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
