We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our dynamic fit-out team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in quality assurance and control specific to interior fit-out works.
Monthly Salary: AED 3,000 to 6,000
Main Requirements:
Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 5 years in a similar role
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or MEP Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for all fit-out works in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Conduct inspections and tests to ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, NCRs, Work Inspection Reports (WIR) and QA reports.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure quality requirements are met.
Ensure all activities on site comply with local authorities' regulations and project specifications. Follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs), root cause analysis, and preventive/corrective actions.
Participate in internal and external audits as needed. Assist in the review of subcontractor quality documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

Skills -
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or MEP Engineer
In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
Familiar with standards, local authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.). Strong understanding of QA/QC systems such as ISO 9001. Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills. Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.

Valid UAE driving license
