Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design and fit-out projects.
Develop detailed BOQs in collaboration with the design team.
Conduct regular site visits to gather project requirements and progress data.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Ensure all work complies with UAE safety standards and local regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
Minimum
3 years
of experience in cost estimation for interior design projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimation software/tools.
UAE work experience and a valid UAE driving license are highly preferred.
Salary Range:
AED 3,000 - AED 6,000 per month
