Qa Lead / Testing Lead Arabic Speaker Only
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures testing plans are in place and executed in a timely manner Ensures all testing entry criteria and dependencies are met by the vendor Follows up on testing activities with the vendor Reviews testing activities in the vendors plan prior to re-baselining Validates the testing status and progress, defects priority, and testing sessions MoMs Manages the sign off process and reviews sign off forms Conducts backlog management and coordinates with the vendor validates testing reports Review and validate test scenarios and test cases. Supports in resolving testing issues Reviews and validates defects categorization Supports in testing allocations to DIT and business and coordinating testing sessions Follows up with Clients stakeholders for defects re-testing and closure Performs spot checks on UAT sessions to ensure sessions are performed as planned Conducts impact assessment on potential project delays based on testing status and defects count Conducts defects analysis Prepares testing reports KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: 7+ years of experience in IT. 5+ years in manual/automated systems testing (functional and nonfunctional) 2+ year in managing testing lifecycle and testing engineers. Arabic speaker. Bachelor degree in computer engineering, computer science or relevant field.
