Job Description

We are seeking a

qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor

specializing in

civil engineering and finishing works

to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and review

BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents

. Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare

comparative analyses

. Monitor

project costs

, variations, and prepare

progress payment certificates

. Assist in contract administration and project budgeting. Coordinate with the engineering and site teams to ensure cost control and accuracy.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in

Civil Engineering

or related field. Minimum

5 years of experience

in

quantity surveying

within civil and finishing projects. Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD, Excel, and cost estimation software

. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
